The goddess crystal- Rose quartz tower

1. Running Water
Water is believed to absorb any negative energies that may be held within the stone.

Recommended Duration: About 1 minute

2. Moonlight Cleansing
Moonlight—especially during a full or new moon—is considered a potent source for cleansing and recharging crystals. Even if you can't see the moon, just leave the crystals under the sky, on your window or balcony. The moon shall take care of the rest!

Recommended Duration: Overnight

3. Cleansing with Selenite
Selenite is used for its ability to cleanse and recharge other crystals. Place your stones on a selenite plate, bowl, or slab to allow them to absorb its high vibrational energy.

Recommended Duration: 12 hours

4. Smoke
Use sage, Palo Santo, sandalwood, or even incense. Simply light your chosen smudge or incense stick and gently pass your stones through the smoke. This process helps purify and reset their energy.
