NO Cancellations, whatsoever; once the order is placed. We have a strict no cancellation policy. We are proudly bootstrapped, therefore, cancellations are tough for us. Please feel free to go through our policies thoroughly before placing an order, we are happy to serve you! 
Refund Policy= At Rare Belle Crystals, we take utmost care in packaging and handling your crystals with love and intention. However, in the rare case that your item arrives damaged or broken, we have a strict unboxing video policy to process refunds.
NO VIDEO = NO REFUND
ALWAYS MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO, TO BE ON THE SAFER SIDE from START to END. No cuts in the video. 
If these are provided, refunds are EASY and SMOOTH.
